We repair mainly desktop computers, laptops and servers. For contractual business customers we are able to supply repairs onsite; for private customer we offer the possibility of repairs in our service centers, or free collection in the whole Czech Republic.
Onsite repairs
For our partners we provide services directly in the place of use of the device. Our most frequent repairs include laptops, desktop computers and servers. We have a team of experienced engineers, who have certifications for IT repairs. We cover the area of Prague and Central Bohemia, during the majority of repairs we work with SLA on the next business day – NBD. For critically important devices we are on service emergency with a 4 hours SLA.
